I have been OBSESSED with walking meditations for manifestation lately! There's something so powerful about aligning our subconscious minds with our bodies and allowing ourselves to fully EMBODY the version of ourselves that already has it all. The energy that's moved and the frequency we can tap into while moving, combined with subconscious reprogramming is just WILD...so I had to share!

Here's my Aligned & Abundant walking meditation. You can do this on a treadmill (great warm up to a workout!) or on an actual walk - just make sure you stay safe and focused on the world around you.
